Every single piece of beautiful art that you purchase from us, will be handmade in our Warehouse based in Tunisia and shipped promptly! We take an average of 5-10 days for processing. Shipping can range from 20-31 days thereafter for international orders.
Simply put, time frames are about 10 days at the minimum for most orders. There can be Production/Printing delays of 2-3 days, so please allow for this extra time also, especially During Holiday times, there may be slightly delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.
We are currently working on setting up quicker/expedited shipping methods!

International Customers are responsible for paying customs duties/taxes/VAT to their individual governments when the product arrives at their destination country.

- On average processing takes 5-10 business days. These products are handmade to order and are high quality and thus take time to produce.
- Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends.
- Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.
- If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
- We do not have this option available because we have to hand make every single product. Time constraints simply do not allow for next day delivery.

- For International Orders please allow some extra time since orders frequently get held up in Customs. This is no fault of ours or the shipping company. This is up to each individual country's government.
- We DO NOT offer refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!
